I’m Natalie Lehman, a business and leadership coach and the owner of She Means Business, LLC who believes that when women feel aligned, they lead, speak, and show up with greater clarity and power.

My work blends deep coaching with strategic guidance to help women reconnect with their strengths, step into their voice, and create a presence that feels both intentional and true. With a background in organizational leadership, strategic consulting, and coaching across sectors, I bring both structure and soul to the transformation process.

I have spent years supporting women through seasons of growth, transition, and reinvention. Again and again, I have seen what becomes possible when clarity meets confidence. It shifts how you lead, how you communicate, and how you take up space.
